Warby Parker Winter Collection

Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and time off. I started wearing eyeglasses this past year and I can't even begin to tell you all how hard it was for me to find a pair that was cute, the right color, and the right shape for my face. It took me quite some time to find the perfect pair and I ended up spending hundreds. During my selection process I couldn't help but wonder if there were any alternative options.

Warby Parker has such a unique selection of eyeglasses to choose from for such a great prices starting at only $95 including prescription. I'm very impressed with their Winter Collection, some of my favorites include Louise, Valda, and Laurel. If you're like me and need options for different looks and Warby Parker offers many. Much often, boring eyeglass options are given at eye doctors but Warby Parker's close selection in color and variety of frame shapes makes the Winter Collection pop!

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to post more outfits on my Instagram and I hope for those of you who follow me are enjoying them. I really want to do more shoots with my camera as I previously have done but I find it more practical to just snap the picture of my outfit before I head out.

I've been currently into sporty looks since it's easier when I'm out with my baby. I do however, plan on dressing up in heels soon. During pregnancy I went up a half size in shoes and all my heels don't fit me anymore! I've been browsing different sites to see what will go best with my wardrobe and I'm loving amiclubwear.com so affordable and on trend.

The Perfect Date Night Outfit

Date Night

Hi Loves!

What is the perfect date night outfit? This question has endless possibilities. The image above is what I would wear. I know several of you are thinking “Where the hell is she going on date dressed like that?” Dinner and a movie! My nearest city is Washington D.C. and there are so many yummy places to dine at where you can really dress up.

When it comes to dressing up I generally stick to things that I can easily just throw on and layer for the season. You can skip the thin tights, because thigh high boots is what everyone is raving about and you can easily transition from dressy to casual. I think every girly girl should own a fur jacket for the season, it instantly adds luxe to any look.

Maybe your ideal date isn’t dinner and a movie.  What would you wear on your ideal date? What makes you feel confident? If I do go on a date with my fiancĂ© that doesn’t require for me to dress over the top, I like to put on a sexy matching bra and panty set! Adore Me has matching sets in so many colors and sizing options. Their site is fun while also easy  to navigate through what you’re looking for.

I'd love to hear your ideas on your ideal date night outfit :)

My belly is gone, it's really bittersweet and I know most moms have gone through the same feeling. As you can probably imagine I haven't really had the chance to dress up as much as I usually did before I got pregnant but I've found myself very in tune with my fashion sense lately and very motivated when it comes to putting things together when I do have the chance to dress up. I had the chance to do some fall shopping two weeks before I had my baby but unfortunately most of what I bought fits big on me. Word of advice...don't go shopping while pregnant for your non pregnant self! I ended up weighing 20lbs lighter than before I got pregnant.

I've been really into mixing very affordable pieces with other pieces along with putting on a jacket to spice up my look. If I were to give fashion advice on must have pieces during fall it's definitely stocking up on different jackets. It's really to transition from day to night and for many occasion. I hope you enjoy the looks.

Baby Shower Fun

Hi everyone! I thought I'd share some moments from my baby shower. Preparation for this definitely was not easy but I'm lucky I had my mom, mother in law , and fiance to help with everything. I'm truly blessed to have been able to celebrate such a special time in my life with everyone who attended.

For those of you with upcoming birthdays, baby showers, and any other events all decorations including balloon display, candy and jars on tables, takeaways, wall decor/hanging decor, and pins was provided by Sharon LaBorde phone: 347-500-0525

3 big changes

Wow, has it really been over a year? As all of you may imagine, so much has changed within the last year and I think you guys as my readers, deserve an update. First things first I'm engaged to the love of my life, I'll be 8 months pregnant in about 2 weeks, and I became a store manager at a luxury retail designer store and I love what I do. That may or may not have been a lot to swallow but I'm so happy to be back and post for you guys!

What to expect? I still want the majority of my blog to revolve around fashion, but as a mommy to be I'm sure I'll post things about my new mommy life and I hope you guys enjoy. Let me know if  you guys have any request as far as post...I love new ideas.

Here's a shoot I did back in 2014 that never made it to my blog.

Be a little sporty

Baseballl Chic
Hi Ladies! I've always enjoyed an effortless sporty chic look the thing with me is I sometimes I get tunnel vision when it comes to creating a sports luxe look. It's really a matter of combining different pieces both feminine and a little boyish to the look. The sports luxe look has been in trend for quite some time and I decided to put my ideal outfit together. I originally thought beanie! For some reason I felt like that was the easier choice but after some thought, I knew personally I'd wear a cap. The Chicago cap is very versatile and the great thing about it is the blue isn't so dark so it brings some light to the outfit. The plaid shirt is just an accessory to wear around your waist to make you look cool, and of course it’s always there for an extra layer in case you get chilly. The leather jacket and shoes gives it an edge and pulls everything together.  You can always keep it cute and chic even with a baseball hat! I would love to see your take on sport chic! Check a wide range of MLB hats including caps and beaniesWhat better way to show your team spirit by looking girly and sporty at the same time :)
